Me
and my therapy (Select Underlined words for resources)
I am a wife and mother of three girls and I now have three female teenagers living under one roof…perhaps you can relate. I've always had an interest in self-help everything...books, hard conversations, and yes therapy, which allows me not only to do what I'm most interested in, but also to do what I love. I consider therapy one of the last frontiers where matters of the heart are shared and I consider it a privilege to do this work.

I have a Masters in Psychology and a license in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I see couples, families, individual adults, and teens.
I offer secular and Christian therapy.
I am EMDR trained and about to complete certification.
I am Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed, a.k.a. parts work
I also use: psychodynamic concepts to increase insight, experiential theories including emotionally focused therapy (EFT informed)
Other focuses: attachment, self worth, identity, and sensorimotor concepts, which target the body, emotional regulation, depression, grief, trauma, and anxiety. I help couples identify their relationship cycle...in search of their motivating cycle.
Trauma treatment:
EMDR, Brainspotting, Bilateral stimulation Exercises, IFS (informed) parts work
